RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you would like to return items to us you will need to download the Download Returns Form, complete the details and email it to sales@aqua-air.co.uk

Products can only be returned within 14 days or receiving the items and if either:

a) Faulty

b) Incorrect items have been sent

c) Still in a new and unused condition

We aim to get back to all return requests within 2-3 working days. If your return is approved, we will contact you with details of how to return the goods to us.

All packages returned, should arrive at Aqua Air Ltd within 2 working days. Refunds will then be processed in the following 2-3 working days.

If you have requested an exchange we endeavour to dispatch your new products via next day delivery, within 1-2 days of receiving your returned items.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We currently deliver to locations in the UK (including Northern Ireland) using APC and DPD. Please see below for list of charges and delivery methods:
